Julie joined the Retail Technology Group in May, 2011 and has been serving customers in various capacities for over 25 years; working the front line with customers in sales, service and operational teams. She is a Disney Institute: Quality Customer Service graduate; with ears to prove it; certified in Green Belt Six Sigma methodology and served on the National ACH Association Rules Enforcement Panel for 4 years.
